Background
UC is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes inflammation and sores in the lining of the colon. But there is more to UC than physical symptoms, and there is more to management than just the medication.
The problem
UC not only impacts the physical health of a person, but also their entire well-being — including mental, emotional, and social aspects. The existing resources available to UC patients primarily address the medical management of their disease and leave a gap in the support they need to live an active life.
The ask
To develop an unbranded campaign that supports PLWUC to prioritize their overall well-being and drive engagement with valuable resources sponsored by Pfizer that address physical, mental, and emotional needs.

A campaign that empowers PLWUC to care for their whole self and provides them with information and resources to learn more about how UC impacts their diet, mental health, pain, and fatigue and to help them maintain an active lifestyle.
